Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the Service:
- Account data: your email address and authentication details, managed via our authentication provider.
- Content and data you create: the content, settings, and configuration data you create or upload within any PVEXT product, such as text, campaigns, actions, themes, files, images, and links.
- Device and usage data: a device identifier, timezone, locale, and basic usage information reported by connected apps, extensions, or devices, used to provide analytics within the product you use.
- Technical data: IP address and request metadata, used transiently for security, reliability, and abuse prevention across the Service.
2. User-generated content and data
When you use any PVEXT product, you may create, upload, or configure content and data needed to operate that product — including user-created content, uploads, files, images, links, settings, and other configuration data (“User Content”). We store and process User Content solely to provide and operate the Service, including displaying it within the relevant product, delivering it to connected devices or audiences, and keeping it available to you across sessions and devices. This section applies to all current PVEXT products and any future products or services we introduce.
You are responsible for the User Content you create. We do not review User Content before it becomes available through the Service, though it may be removed in accordance with our Terms of Service.
3. How we use your information
To operate, secure, and improve the Service — authenticate you, store and deliver the content and data you create, maintain functionality across our products, prevent abuse, and provide support.
4. Diagnostics, performance, and usage information
We may collect limited diagnostic, performance, and usage information — such as error logs, crash reports, feature usage, load times, and general usage patterns — to maintain the reliability of the Service, troubleshoot issues, improve product performance, understand how the platform is used, and protect the security and integrity of the Service. Where possible, we use this information in aggregate or pseudonymized form.
5. Abuse and fraud prevention
We may process limited technical information — such as IP addresses, request patterns, device identifiers, and authentication or access-credential usage — to detect and prevent spam, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and other security threats. This information is used only for security purposes and is retained no longer than necessary for that purpose.
6. Service providers
We rely on trusted third-party service providers to run PVEXT, including cloud infrastructure and hosting providers, authentication providers, database and storage providers, and analytics providers. These providers process data on our behalf, solely to help us operate the Service, and under their own security and privacy terms. We do not sell your personal data, and we may change providers over time without affecting the protections described in this policy.
7. Cookies and local storage
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and browser local storage to remember interface preferences (such as your active workspace or selected settings). We do not use advertising cookies.
8. Data retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings — this performs a hard delete that cascades to your account data, User Content, credentials, and device records across all PVEXT products. Deletion is irreversible.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location (including under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@pvext.space.
10. Security
We protect data with encryption in transit, strict tenant isolation (row-level security), hashed credentials, and least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
11. Third-party links
User Content on PVEXT may contain links to external websites or services chosen by the user who created it. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of any third-party website or service. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk, and we recommend reviewing that site’s own privacy policy.
12. Children
PVEXT is not directed to children under the age required by your jurisdiction (for example, 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
13. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, including to reflect new PVEXT products or services. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
