Data Deletion

Last updated: August 23, 2026

You can delete your PVEXT account and associated account data at any time. Account deletion is irreversible and signs you out of PVEXT products.

Delete Your Account

  1. Sign in to PVEXT.
  2. Open your account menu and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to Danger Zone.
  4. Select Delete my account.
  5. Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and confirm the deletion.

What Is Deleted

When you delete your account, PVEXT removes active account data associated with your account, including:

  • your PVEXT account, profile, authentication information, and active sessions;
  • channels you own and their associated content;
  • campaigns, actions, tasks, settings, analytics, and other product data associated with those channels;
  • access keys and connected-device records associated with your account; and
  • account configuration and related records that are not required to be retained.

Account deletion cannot be undone.

If other people depend on a channel or content you own, transfer or preserve anything you need before deleting your account.

Data Stored on Your Device

Some PVEXT products, including EchoLog, may store information locally in your browser or device.

Deleting your PVEXT account removes the associated data from PVEXT's active systems, but PVEXT cannot remotely erase information that remains locally on a device you control.

To remove locally stored EchoLog data, uninstall the EchoLog extension or clear its extension storage from your browser.

For PVEXT web applications or PWAs, you may also clear the application's site data or uninstall the application to remove locally cached information.

If You Cannot Sign In

If you cannot access your account, you can request account deletion by contacting support@pvext.com from the email address associated with your PVEXT account.

We may request information necessary to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Limited Retention

Some limited information may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, fraud-prevention systems, or service-provider systems where necessary for security, service recovery, legal compliance, or other legitimate operational requirements.

Information retained for these purposes is not used as active product data and is deleted or expires according to the applicable retention process.
