Channel Guidelines

These Channel Guidelines explain the standards that apply when creating, managing, publishing, or participating in Channels on PVEXT.
They are intended to help keep PVEXT safe, respectful, and useful for Channel Owners, members, and visitors.
1. Respect Others
Do not use PVEXT to harass, threaten, bully, intimidate, or target other people.
Content that promotes hatred or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics is not allowed.
Do not encourage or coordinate targeted abuse against individuals or groups.
2. Keep Content Safe and Lawful
Do not use PVEXT to create, publish, distribute, facilitate, or promote content or activity that is illegal or creates serious risks to others.
This includes:
- fraud, phishing, scams, or deceptive schemes;
- malware or other malicious activity;
- credible threats, violence, or encouragement of violence;
- terrorist or violent extremist content or activity;
- exploitation or abuse of minors;
- unauthorized collection, disclosure, or distribution of another person's private or sensitive information;
- activity intended to facilitate or conceal unlawful conduct; and
- other activity that violates applicable law.
3. Respect Intellectual Property
Only upload, publish, or share content that you have the right to use.
Do not knowingly infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
If content belongs to someone else, you are responsible for obtaining any permission required to use it.
4. No Spam or Platform Abuse
Do not use PVEXT to:
- send spam or unsolicited mass communications;
- impersonate another person, organization, or brand in a deceptive manner;
- manipulate engagement or activity using deceptive or abusive methods;
- interfere with or attempt to bypass PVEXT security or access controls;
- distribute malicious links or software; or
- use automated systems in ways that disrupt, overload, scrape, exploit, or abuse the Service.
Normal automation provided or expressly permitted by PVEXT is not considered platform abuse.
5. Channel Owner Responsibilities
Channel Owners are responsible for appropriately managing their Channels and access to them.
If you give another person permission to manage or publish through your Channel, you are responsible for managing that access and should ensure they understand these Guidelines.
Channel Owners should take reasonable action when they become aware of content or activity within their Channel that violates these Guidelines.
6. Member Responsibilities
Members and other users are responsible for the content and activity they personally submit through PVEXT.
Access to a Channel does not give a user permission to misuse the Channel, impersonate its owner, or publish content that violates these Guidelines.
7. Reporting and Enforcement
If you believe a Channel, account, or content on PVEXT violates these Guidelines, you can report it to support@pvext.com.
PVEXT may remove or restrict content, limit access to features or Channels, or suspend or terminate Channels or accounts when these Guidelines are violated.
The action taken may depend on the nature, severity, frequency, and context of the violation. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Where activity may violate applicable law, PVEXT may take additional action as necessary to comply with legal obligations or valid legal requests.
8. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these Guidelines as PVEXT and its features evolve or as legal, safety, or operational requirements change.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Continued use of PVEXT after updated Guidelines take effect is subject to the revised Guidelines.
