Channel Guidelines

Last updated: July 28, 2026

These Guidelines are separate from our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. They explain what Channel Owners and members can and cannot do while using PVEXT.

1. Introduction

PVEXT is a platform for creating and managing Channels and broadcasting content to the people who follow them. These Guidelines exist to keep PVEXT safe, respectful, and trustworthy for everyone who uses it — Channel Owners, members, and visitors alike.

They apply to every Channel and every piece of content created, published, or shared through the Service, across all current and future PVEXT products.

2. Respect others

Treat other people with respect. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, bullying, and targeted abuse of any kind are not allowed on PVEXT, whether directed at individuals, groups, or communities.

3. Safe and lawful content

Don’t use PVEXT for anything illegal or unsafe. This includes fraud, phishing, scams, malware or other malicious software, deceptive content, violent extremism, terrorist content, and any activity that violates applicable laws.

4. Intellectual property

Respect copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. Only publish content you own or have permission to use. If you’re unsure whether you have the right to use something, don’t publish it.

5. Spam and platform abuse

Don’t use PVEXT to send spam, unsolicited mass messages, or fake engagement. Impersonating another person or brand, publishing deceptive broadcasts, running automated abuse, or attempting to disrupt or compromise the platform are all prohibited.

6. Channel Owner responsibilities

If you create or manage a Channel, you are responsible for everything published within it — including campaigns, broadcasts, announcements, actions, messages, uploaded files, images, links, and any other content associated with your Channel. This applies whether you created the content yourself or it was published by someone else with access to your Channel.

Make sure everyone with access to your Channel understands and follows these Guidelines.

7. Reporting and enforcement

If you come across a Channel or piece of content that you believe violates these Guidelines, you can report it to us at support@pvext.space. We may investigate reports and, where necessary, remove content, suspend a Channel, restrict access, or terminate an account to keep the platform safe.

We aim to be fair and proportionate when enforcing these Guidelines, taking context and intent into account.

8. Changes to these Guidelines

We may update these Guidelines from time to time as PVEXT grows and evolves. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Guidelines.
